We are more than happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;

For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged.

The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.

If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.

Despatched from the UK and shipped worldwide. Free UK delivery is available for all products on goodtrip.co.uk.

Delivery times will vary depending on the vendor - this information is available on individual product pages.

Customers within the European Union may be subject to Tax, Duties, and Brokerage fees on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse shipping fees if you refuse or don't acknowledge delivery.

International custom and duty charges are defined by the receiving country. All international customs, taxes, and duties are calculated upon reception of goods at the country's custom agency. If you don't acknowledge your delivery or refuse it, we cannot refund shipping fees.

International custom, taxes, and duties are not included at checkout. These fees are at the discretion of the receiving country.
