communication relating to your order will need to be made directly through the vendor rather than GTM.
Returns & Delivery FAQs
We are more than happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;
Money Back Guarantee - we will happily refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. Please email us at info@goodtripclothing.com within 30 days of purchase and once the goods have been received by your vendor we will gladly refund you the value of your purchase.
If you simply wish to exchange, please email the vendor directly within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Email us at info@goodtripclothing.com if you need any of our vendor's contact information and we'll be happy to help.
The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.
For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged.
If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.
So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
We hope you can understand that unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds across our custom collections and personalised gifts. We will however exchange/refund if your order is faulty or if you aren't satisified with the overall quality - please contact your vendor directly if this is the case and they will happily deal with your request.
