Can I return or exchange my order?
As our products are custom-made to order to minimise our impact on the environment, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless there is an issue with your order.
What if the sizing isn’t quite right?
If the size of your product isn’t right, we offer an exchange with a 50% discount on the replacement order, as long as the design remains exactly the same. Please email us at hello@goodtrip.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your product to arrange the exchange.
What are the conditions for a return?
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged, and complete condition.
How do I initiate a return?

What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, we offer free returns regardless of your location. Just get in touch, and we'll take care of the rest.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from the UK and shipped worldwide.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all products purchased from goodtrip.co.uk.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are provided on individual product pages. Since our products are custom-made, for UK orders we generally require up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of your order to delivery. Orders to the Rest of the World take between 12-15 business days to arrive.
We do try to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, and depending on how busy we are your order may arrive sooner than these stated times.
Please be aware that once orders are fulfilled and are with our delivery partners, you will need to contact them directly for any shipping updates.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties on my order?
Customers within the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping fees if delivery is refused or not acknowledged.
What about taxes or duties on international orders?
International customs, taxes, and duties are determined by the receiving country and are not included at checkout. These fees will be calculated upon the arrival of goods at the destination country’s customs agency. If you refuse or fail to acknowledge delivery, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
